This authentic vintage Japanese kanzashi hair stick was handcrafted during the Showa era (1926–1989) using traditional lacquer techniques with elegant gold chrysanthemum motifs and delicate mother-of-pearl (raden) inlay.

The chrysanthemum is one of Japan’s most cherished symbols, representing longevity, elegance, and good fortune.
